May 11, 2025 Salve Regina crowned NEWMAC champions 10th-ranked and top-seeded Salve Regina University baseball swept three games in the 2025 NEWMAC Championships with the final coming against third-seeded MIT, 6-5, as graduate student Tyler Petrosino delivered a walk-off single to left center with the bases loaded to plate Shane Williams.
May 7, 2025 Three honored by NCBWA this week Performances that saw a conference tournament record nine RBIs, 15 strikeouts and three homers with a .500 average captured the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Div. III honors for the week of April 28-May 4. A no-hitter and a three-homer game captured the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Div. III honors for the week of March 31-April 6 with one player winning two awards on the same week for the first time in the history of the awards.
April 27, 2025 Seahawks sweep Lions, end games with no-no No. 13 Salve Regina celebrated its 11 seniors in style on Sunday, with a sweep of Emerson. Kyle Carozza combined with Joe DeRienzo and Jason Arrigo in Game Two to record a combined no-hitter.
